Hamish Donaldson - Ex Chairman of Hill Samuel. he was head of IT when I worked at HS and then went on to higher things. His book "A Guide to the Successful Management of Computer Projects" was a best seller when it was published in 1978 going into several reprints. In the book Hamish Donaldson introduced concepts that are accepted now, but which were far ahead of their time.

Kevin Cubbage - Chairman Builders Merchants Federation - Kevin was MD of Crosby Sarek and I was recruited specifically to write a Customer Service Monitoring System for him. This system revolutionised the way the company operated and highlighted internal flaws which were then corrected. Crosby Sarek went on to become the UK's biggest door manufacturer, which prompted Premdor, the world's biggest door manufacturer, to buy them.
